Long Term Life Cycle Support (LTLCS)
Black Box Network Services listed as NextiraOne Federal is the prime contractor
for the U.S. Army Long Term Life Cycle Support (LTLCS) Program for Nortel voice
platforms including SL-100, Meridian 1, VoIP, and other supporting voice
infrastructure products. The Program provides users with access to a single
vendor for all of their Nortel support needs for repair and return of products,
upgrades, expansions, and application support. The program allows a-la-carte types
of services and products or full Extended Service Plans (ESP) for those
customers who desire to have their voice systems protected by using a
traditional maintenance contract. Remote technical support, repair and return, TAC and ETAS support, are all available under the LTLCS Program. This program is
open for use by any DoD Agency.

Modernization Acquisition
(IMOD)
The IMOD award is a successor to the Digital Switched Systems Modernization
Program (DSSMP) contracts. Black Box Network Services is a prime contractor
listed as NextiraOne Federal on the U.S. Army Infrastructure Modernization (IMOD)
contract. The IMOD Program supports the U.S. Army PEO-EIS I3MP program which
offers voice, data, and infrastructure solutions, services, and lifecycle
support to the U.S. Army and other DoD Agencies. IMOD is a 10 Year IDIQ contract
which was awarded in December of 2006.

Our GSA Connections contract, GS00T03AHD0017, provides
Government customers with unmatched flexibility for planning their present
and future telecommunications acquisitions. The contract offers procurement

The ViViD Contract, which runs through July of 2007, provides all the
hardware, software, and services to build an infrastructure, which integrates
Voice, Video and Data communications. The ViViD standards-based technology
addresses diverse current and future telecommunications requirements.
ViViD provides several procurement alternatives by offering purchase,
lease, lease-to-own, and customized outsourcing options, as well as
monthly and multi-year maintenance options. ViViD meets the mission-critical
needs of the Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and other DoD agencies.

ARMY DSSMP
The Digital Switched System Modernization Program (DSSMP) is a firm
fixed-price IDIQ contract valid through June 2007, which supports global
switched system modernization requirements for the Army. The contract is open
to other DoD agencies and all federal civilian agencies. It provides state-of-the-art
commercial products, allows for technology refreshment and provides a turnkey
customer solution from engineering, integration, site preparation and
installation, through system cutover, training, logistic support services
and deinstallation, removal and shipping of equipment. It also provides
the capability to seamlessly combine voice, data and transmission
elements into a single integrated telecommunications system.

This contract affords the U.S. Air Force and other DoD agencies the ability to
procure voice and data telecommunications solutions and services. Black Box is a
